Jakub is three-time Polish Champion, European Champion, Vice Champion of the World Cup in full-contact karate. He is a high-class specialist in the style of Wadoryu Karate and Ninjutsu, founder and CEO of Wado Ryu Karate-do Poland and Wado Karate Union representative in Eastern Europe. His skills and knowledge in the field of hand-to-hand combat are regularly used by anti-terrorist groups, the police, and secret services all over Europe.
From 2009-2019, he was a coach of the British National Team. He conducts seminars, demonstrations, and advanced training for experts in the field of using unconventional methods of combat who come from all over the world. Black Belt magazine has described his training system as "one of the most effective combat systems in the modern world." On the other hand, the magazine "Soldier" (Soldier) recognized him as: "One of the leading experts in hand-to-hand combat today." Jakub Romanowski Sensei studied with the highest Wadoryu masters such as Tatsuo Suzuki, Jiro Ohtsuka, Masafumi Shiomitsu, and Tony Heap.
He is currently studying the advanced mental aspects of Wado art that allow him to gain internal ki – energy. He demonstrates his ability to use and control the five types of mental and physical energy at numerous demonstrations where he allows cars and military vehicles to run over him while he is lying down ...
